What type of laundry products do you use?
We will use the brand names that we have found to be efficient at cleaning clothes through the years. If there are certain products that you would prefer to use, we are happy to accommodate recurring customers within reason. We offer fully organic detergents and softeners at an additional cost. We can also, upon request, wash large amounts of baby clothes (excepting cloth diapers) separately with baby detergent.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept cash, personal checks, e-transfers, Paypal and most major credit cards. Invoices are sent via email through Square payment services.

When is payment due?
Payment is due at laundry drop-off, if you are a single use customer. For recurring clients payment is due at invoicing.

What areas do you serve?
We cover most of Kelowna excepting Kettle Valley and West Kelowna at this time.

When should I expect my clothes back?
Your clothes will be delivered fresh, clean, and crisp within 48 hours of pickup. Friday pickups are delivered on Monday morning.

Do you clean large items such as comforters?
We do for an extra charge if you would please check our price list.

Do I need to separate my whites and colors?
Not at all! We will separate all you laundry according to colour and kind prior to washing.  There is no charge for separating laundry.

What about stains?
We would prefer to be informed if there are stains so that we can pre-treat before washing.  We will do our level best to remove stains about which we are informed. Please note the not all stains can be removed especially once set.  Our recommendation is that you pre-treat stains as they occur.

IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE TO CLOTHING:
If an item has fraying threads or missing parts, please inform us via text, paper or email. While we will do a quick check for issues before washing, things might escape our notice.  If an item has been seen to be damaged we will bag it separately to return to you if it is unsafe to wash it.  If we should accidentally damage an item of clothing beyond repair, please inform us so that we might provide compensation in the form of a similar item of equal value, or credit fair market value of that item towards future services. While we do not check washing instructions on individual garments, we will wash your delicate and special items according to your instructions or our standard.

* The usual method is warm for whites; hot for sheets and towels; cold for darks and brights.

LOST ITEMS:
We take great pride in being careful to keep your laundry separate from our other clients. Each load and client is given a unique identifier which allows us to keep your order separate from another. We do our very best to return all items that we have picked up.  (Except socks! Sometimes they get eaten by the machinery and we have no control over its appetite 🙂 )
